Genix EventsThese Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Genix Events application and website at events.genixsoft.com.tr ("Service"), operated by Genixsoft ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Genix Events is a subscription-based, cloud software (SaaS) that helps event and wedding businesses manage bookings, schedules, and customers. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
New accounts include a 30-day free trial with no charge. After the trial, continued use requires an annual subscription of $119 USD per year. Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy.com), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, invoicing, and any applicable sales tax/VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the data you enter into the Service.
The Service, its software, and branding are owned by Genixsoft. Data you enter remains yours.
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
