Genix Events does not process, hold, or transfer any payments — it is a scheduling and record-keeping tool only.

How billing works

New customers get a 30-day free trial with full access and no payment required. After the trial, the subscription is $119 USD per year. Payments are securely processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record and handles billing and applicable taxes.

Important: we are not a payment service

Genix Events is scheduling and management software. We do not provide any payment processing, money transfer, or financial service, and no customer funds ever pass through our application. The only payment we collect is the subscription fee for our own software, which is processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record.
