Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial, so you can fully evaluate the product before paying anything.
If you subscribe and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your payment. Just email us and we will refund the annual subscription fee.
After the 14-day window, the annual subscription is non-refundable for the remainder of the term. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation prevents the next year's charge.
Email info@genixsoft.com.tr with your account email. Refunds are processed through our payment provider Lemon Squeezy and returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
